Nepse plunges by 24. 83 points on Tuesday

The Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) plunged by 24. 83 points to close at 2,041.06 points on Tuesday. Similarly, the sensitive index dropped by 3. 75 points to close at 394. 39 points. A total of 6,406,738 units of the shares of 221 companies were traded for Rs 2. 73 billion. Meanwhile, Upper Hewakhola Hydropower Company Limited was the top gainer today with its price surging by 9. 99 percent. At the end of the day, the total market capitalization stood at Rs 2. 91 trillion.

Nepse surges by 55. 88 points on Monday

The Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) gained 55. 88 points to close at 2,065.89 points on Monday.

A total of 6,026,192 unit shares of 215 companies were traded for Rs 2. 43 billion.

Similarly, the sensitive index increased by 11. 23 points to close at 398.13 points.

In today’s market, all sub-indices saw green. Non Life Insurance topped the chart with 254. 19 points.

Meanwhile, Shree Investment Finance Co. Limited, Multi Purpose Finance Company Limited and Radhi Bidyut Company Limited were the top gainers today, with their price surging by 10 percent. Ridi Power Company Limited was the top loser as its price fell by 9. 99 percent

At the end of the day, total market capitaliZation stood at Rs 2. 95 trillion.

Gold price drops by Rs 400 per tola on Monday

The price of gold has dropped by Rs 400 per tola in the domestic market on Monday.

According to the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers' Association, the yellow bullion is being traded at Rs 97, 400 per tola today.

The yellow metal was traded at Rs 97, 800 per tola on Sunday.

Meanwhile, tejabi gold is being traded at Rs 96, 900 per tola.

Similarly, the price of silver has dropped by Rs 15 and is being traded at Rs 1,250 per tola today.

Nepse plunges by 2. 82 points in pre-open session

The Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) plunged by 2. 82 points to reach 2007. 19 points in the pre-open session on Monday.

Similarly, the sensitive index dropped by 0. 02 points.

As many as 1, 755 shares of four companies were traded at Rs 1, 430, 281.

In the pre-open session, the value of two companies were increased while the value of one company decreased.
