The Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) plunged by 12. 36 points to close at 2, 742. 11 points on Thursday 

Similarly, the sensitive index dropped by 1. 57 points to close at 469. 48 points.

A total of 8,955,545-unit shares of 348 companies were traded for Rs 1. 56 billion.

Meanwhile, Bungal Hydro Limited (BUNGAL) was the top gainer today with its price surging by 9. 26 percent.

Likewise,  Upper Lohore Khola Hydropower Company Limited (ULHC) was the top loser as their price fell by 14. 95 percent.

At the end of the day, the total market capitalization stood at Rs 4. 67 trillion.
