Gold price increases by Rs 1, 000 per tola on Tuesday
The price of gold has increased by Rs 1, 000 per tola in the domestic market on Tuesday. According to the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers’ Association, the precious yellow metal is being traded at Rs 98, 200 per tola today. It was traded at Rs 97, 200 on Monday. Meanwhile, tejabi gold is being traded at Rs 97, 700 per tola. Similarly, the price of silver is being traded at Rs 1, 325 per tola today.
Nepse surges by 21. 29 points on Monday
The Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) gained 21. 29 points to close at 1,904.45 points on Monday. Similarly, the sensitive index surged by 4. 51 points to close at 375. 04 points. A total of 2,452,084 unit shares of 226 companies were traded for Rs 94 billion. Meanwhile, Taragaon Regency Hotel Limited was the top gainer today, with its price surging by 9. 84 percent. Laxmi Equity Fund was the top loser as its price fell by 6. 58 percent. At the end of the day, total market capitalization stood at Rs 2. 73 trillion.
Gold price drops by Rs 100 per tola on Monday
The price of gold has dropped by Rs 100 per tola in the domestic market on Monday. According to the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers’ Association, the yellow bullion is being traded at Rs 97, 200 per tola today. It was traded at Rs 97, 300 per tola on Sunday. Meanwhile, tejabi gold is being traded at Rs 96, 700 per tola today. Similarly, the price of silver is being traded at Rs 1, 295 per tola.
Nepse plunges by 10. 54 points on Sunday
The Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) plunged by 10. 54 points to close at 1,883.16 points on Sunday. Similarly, the sensitive index dropped by 1. 83 points to close at 370. 53 points. A total of 2,028,348 unit shares of 225 companies were traded for Rs 77 billion. Meanwhile, Laxmi Equity Fund was the top gainer today with its price surging by 7. 90 percent. Likewise, Nabil Balanced Fund-2 was the top loser with its price dropped by 6. 90 percent. At the end of the day, the total market capitalization stood at Rs 2. 70 trillion.
