Nepse plunges by -30. 92 points on Thursday
The Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) plunged by -30. 92 points to close at 2,067.01 points on Thursday.
Similarly, the sensitive index dropped by -4. 69 points to close at 373. 93 points.
A total of 11,514,571-unit shares of 309 companies were traded for Rs 4. 18 billion.

Samaj Laghubittya Bittiya Sanstha Limited (SAMAJ) was the top gainer today with their price surging by 6. 10 percent. Likewise, Samling Power Company Limited (SPC) was the top loser as its price fell by -9. 42 percent.
At the end of the day, the total market capitalization stood at Rs 3. 24 trillion.
Gold price increases by Rs 500 per tola on Thursday
The price of gold has increased by Rs 500 per tola in the domestic market on Thursday.
According to the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers’ Association, the precious yellow metal is being traded at Rs 119, 200 per tola today. It was traded at Rs 118, 700 per tola on Sunday.
Meanwhile, tejabi gold is being traded at Rs 118, 650 per tola. It was traded at Rs 118, 150 per tola.
Similarly, the price of silver has increased by Rs 10 and is being traded at Rs 1,410 per tola today.
Nepse plunges by -21. 67 points on Wednesday
The Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) plunged by -21. 67 points to close at 2,097.93 points on Wednesday.
Similarly, the sensitive index dropped by -3. 08 points to close at 378. 63 points.
A total of 14,777,120-unit shares of 313 companies were traded for Rs 5. 29 billion.
Meanwhile, Samling Power Company Limited (SPC) was the top gainer today with its price surging by 9. 87 percent. Likewise, Menchhiyam Hydropower Limited (MCHL) was the top loser with its price dropped by 5. 87 percent.
At the end of the day, the total market capitalization stood at Rs 3. 29 trillion.
Gold price increases by Rs 100 per tola on Wednesday
The price of gold has increased by Rs 100 per tola in the domestic market on Wednesday.
According to the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers’ Association, the precious yellow metal is being traded at Rs 118, 700 per tola today. It was traded at Rs 117, 600 per tola on Tuesday.
Meanwhile, tejabi gold is being traded at Rs 118, 150 per tola. It was traded at Rs 118, 050 per tola.
Similarly, the silver is being traded at Rs 1,420 per tola today.
