NOC owes Rs 21 billion to Indian Oil Corporation

Meanwhile, the NOC has hiked the price of diesel and kerosene from Thursday midnight. Now, the diesel and kerosene will cost Rs 178 from Rs 172 per liter. However, the price of other petroleum products including cooking gas, petrol and aviation fuel is unchanged.
