MMA fighter Rabindra Dhant will be fighting in semifinals of UFC’s Road to UFC Season 5 after defeating Phillipines’ Kimbert Alintozon in the quarterfinals held at the Galaxy Arena in Macau on Thursday.
He was first scheduled to face Matty Iann but after his injury, Ian got replaced with Alintozon.
Dhant, aka Bajhang ko Bagh has become the first Nepali fighter to win a fight at Road to UFC. He will be fighting in the semifinals between Japan’s Yonosuke Minami and New Zealand’s Kasib Murdoch.
Dhant, competing in the bantamweight division, will be selected for the UFC main stage if he wins this weight class.
