Speaker Dol Prasad Aryal has warned the lawmakers of the Shram Sanskriti Party of disciplinary action over their activities in the Parliament.

The warning came shortly after the House meeting started, when lawmaker and Chairman of the Shram Sanskriti Party Harka Sampang along with party lawmakers stood up in protest and obstructed parliamentary proceedings.

Speaker Aryal then urged the party lawmakers to sit and allow  the House to function smoothly.

Despite the warning, Sampang stood up again and continued his protest.

The Speaker then gave Sampang two minutes to present his views.
