The Election Commission said that 32 percent votes have been cast as of 12:45 pm across the country today under the elections to the House of Representatives and Province Assembly. EC spokesperson Shaligram Sharma Poudel said so during a conference this afternoon. He said that voting is underway in a peaceful environment except for a few incidents.

Meanwhile, the poll body has directed the election officers deployed in various districts to not halt the voting without holding discussions with the concerned authorities.
