Nepse plunges by 4. 29 points on Monday

The Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) plunged by 4. 29 points to close at 1,973.01 points on Monday. Similarly, the sensitive index dropped by 0.  82 points to close at 382. 95 points. A total of 2,444,344 unit shares of 224 companies were traded for Rs 90 billion. Meanwhile, Mailung Khola Jal Vidhyut Company Limited was the top gainer today with its price surging by 7. 43 percent. Likewise, Ru Ru Jalbidhyut Pariyojana Limited was the top loser with its price dropped by 6. 55 percent. At the end of the day, the total market capitalization stood at Rs 2. 83 trillion.

Gold prices increases by Rs 100 per tola on Monday

The price of gold has increased by Rs 100 per tola in the domestic market on Monday. According to the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers’ Association, the precious yellow metal is being traded at Rs 93, 700 per tola today. The gold was traded at Rs 93, 800 per tola on Sunday. Meanwhile, tejabi gold is being traded at Rs 93, 200 per tola. Similarly, the price of silver is being traded at Rs 1,115 per tola today.

Nepse surges by 6. 68 points on Sunday

The Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) gained 6.68 points to close at 1,977.30 points on Sunday. Similarly, the sensitive index surged by 0. 57 points to close at 383. 77 points. A total of 2,876,288 unit shares of 227 companies were traded for Rs 1. 07 billion. In today’s market, all sub-indices saw green except for Hotel and Tourism, Manu and Pro, others and Mutual Fund. Meanwhile, Ru Ru Jalbidhyut Pariyojana Limited was the top gainer today, with its price surging by 10. 00 percent. Support Microfinance Bittiya Sanstha Limited was the top loser as its price fell by 2. 86 percent. At the end of the day, total market capitalization stood at Rs 2. 83 trillion.

Gold price drops by Rs 600 per tola on Sunday

The price of gold has dropped by Rs 600 per tola in the domestic market on Sunday. According to the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers’ Association, the yellow bullion is being traded at Rs 93, 600 per tola today. It was traded at Rs 93, 000 per tola on Friday. Meanwhile, tejabi gold is being traded at Rs 93, 100 per tola. Similarly, the price of silver has increased by Rs 5 and is being traded at Rs 1, 110 per tola today.
