The Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) surged by 22. 21 points to close at 2, 777. 58 points on Tuesday. 

Similarly, the sensitive index dropped by 2. 78 points to close at 473. 51 points.

A total of 11,385,100-unit shares of 346 companies were traded for Rs 1. 58 billion.

Meanwhile, Kalinchock Hydropower Limited (KHPL) was the top gainer today with its price surging by 14. 98 percent.

Similarly, Nabil Debenture 2085 (NBLD85) was the top loser as its price fell by 4. 59 points. 

At the end of the day, the total market capitalization stood at Rs 4. 73 trillion.
