Member of the House of Representatives (HoR) Mingma David Sherpa has scaled Mt Everest on Wednesday. 

Sherpa reached the top of the world at 5:40 am along with the logo of the Federal Parliament.

In his Facebook account, Sherpa posted a statement from Everest Base Camp about his successful ascent to the highest peak of the world on the ninth day.   

Sherpa climbed the peak with the slogan "From Parliament to Peak". 

HoR Member Sherpa has extended gratitude to all including the HoR Speaker Dol Prasad Aryal for their support in his expedition to Mt Everest.
