The National Independent Party (NISP) has decided to deploy proportional representation lawmakers to the election constituencies.
A Secretariat meeting held at the party office on Sunday decided to assign responsibilities to proportional representation lawmakers also.
According to party spokesperson Manish Jha, the meeting has decided to assign responsibilities to proportionally elected lawmakers in the constituencies where the party does not have directly elected representatives.
Spokesperson Jha said that the party's Central Committee meeting to be held on Monday will endorse the list of responsibilities.
In the March 5 elections , the Rastriya Swatantra Party won 125 out of 165 seats while the party won 57 seats under the proportional representation system.
