Nepali Congress lawmaker Dron Kumar Kunwar resigned from his post on Wednesday after not being able to become a minister in the Gandaki Province government.

Gandaki Province Chief Minister Surendra Pandey has made extensive changes to the Cabinet today.

Kunwar had aspired to become a minister in the provincial government.

Kunwar submitted his resignation to the Gandaki Province Speaker this morning.
