Nepse plunges by 26. 81 points on Sunday

The Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) plunged by 26. 81 points to close at 1,979.02 points on Sunday.

Similarly, the sensitive index dropped by 5. 74 points to close at 353. 83 points.

A total of 8,546,930-unit shares of 317 companies were traded for Rs 3. 08 billion.

Meanwhile, Bottlers Nepal (Balaju) Limited (BNL) was the top gainer today with its price surging by 10. 00 percent. Likewise, Samaj Laghubittya Bittiya Sanstha Limited (SAMAJ) and Molung Hydropower Company Limited (MHCL) were the top losers as their price fell by 10. 00 percent.

At the end of the day, the total market capitalization stood at Rs 3. 11 trillion.
