Go on a walking tour In Kathmandu
Even if you are from Kathmandu—better if you are not—you should still consider this free walking tour to learn more about the tangible and intangible history that have influenced the old city in the past and continues to shape it today. SherpaShah Heritage Fund facilitates this tour every Wednesday from 2:30 pm to 4pm. The event is offered in Nepali language. If you contribute some money, it will be collected in the “SherpaShah Heritage Fund” to facilitate future tours. The tours explore rituals, traditions, cultures and urban designs of Kathmandu.

Celebrate rice planting In Lalitpur
Rice is the staple food for many Nepalis. Rice planting festival, also known as “Ropaai festival”, marks the first planting of rice, celebrated on Ashar 15 ( June 29 this year) every year. On this day you can play in the mud, get wet, mingle with locals and plant rice. Socialtours is arranging one such event in Bungamati, Lalitpur. Honey hunt In Lamjung
Indigenous people of Nepal have practiced honey hunting for thousands of years. And now you can also do it in Lamjung with local honey hunting experts from Global Holidays Adventure. You choose between a four-day or a 12-day honey hunting trip. Honey hunting primarily involves extracting honey from massive beehives nestled in cliffs 200 meters to 500 meters in height with the help of traditionally weaved rope. The honey hunting locations are Chamja, Bhujung, Nai Chi, Passion, Jaya Gaun, Ghale Gaun, Ludhi, Seurung and Dare of Lamjung district.

Youth Time International Movement is organizing its fifth annual Youth Global Forum 2019 in Amsterdam this year and you can apply as a project presenter or a participant. The forum will be held from December 2 to December 6, 2019.
This year, at Youth Global Forum the topic that would be discussed is “Inclusive Development vs Industry 5.0: Where is the future?”. Our technology is rapidly changing and project organizers say that we are moving towards a future where machines and technology are beginning to dominate our daily routines. So, with the help of a diverse range of field experts and industry leaders, the forum hopes to equip youth with the necessary tools to adapt successfully to modern conditions. It's Time to Attend Youth Global Forum 2019 in Amsterdam
If you are between 20-35 years old and interested in spending an exciting week in one of Europe’s tech hubs, the city of Amsterdam while gaining invaluable skills, knowledge and experience that will serve as a foundation for your future professional endeavors then this opportunity is for you! Applications for Youth Global Forum 2019 is officially open. You can either apply as a participant or a project presenter.
This is the fifth time Youth Time International Movement is organizing this forum. Project presenters will be competing for the Youth Time Idea Grant, which is 10,000 Euros, fully funded scholarships to study in leading business schools in Europe and South-East Asia and get paid internship opportunities. What’s more? Because this is the fifth anniversary of the Youth Global Forum, this is the first time they are offering a limited number of scholarships which covers flights, food and accommodation expenses to the most outstanding young leaders who are leading positive changes around the world, but unfortunately cannot afford the event. Solving social issues is at the forefront of their work and if you are also interested in doing the same for your community, you should give this a try. The forum is set to be held from December 2 to December 6 and it hopes to bring together over 100 participants, experts and trainers from all over the world.

Open from 6 am to 6 pm, Hem’s, located at Tukucha Marg, Baluwatar, is the place to go if you want to learn tennis as a novice. The academy offers tennis lessons every morning from 7 am to 8 am on weekdays for just Rs 5,000 a month. Not a morning person? You may also choose when you want to practice or learn tennis and join an hourly class. Per hour charge is Rs 700, whether you play by yourself or choose a coaching option. This tennis court in Chapagaun Marg, Satdobato, Lalitpur, being run by Nepal Tennis Association, a non-profit, is easy to spot. Play or hone your tennis skills under the guidance of the official guardians of Nepali tennis. Hourly classes starts from Rs 500. The rate varies depending on who you are learning from. This association aims to provide all tennis-related facilities to people of Pokhara from all ages and social backgrounds.
