Cristiano Ronaldo said his heart raced while converting a last-minute penalty for Al-Nassr in their 2-1 win against Al-Fayha in the Saudi Pro League on Saturday, Reuters reported.
Ronaldo, 40, levelled the score in the 37th minute, before sealing the win in added time for Jorge Jesus's side, who top the league with 21 points from seven games.
"Today my heart beat a little bit faster than before," Ronaldo told Thmanyah Sports, "but this is football, this is my life. Twenty-two years of this so I’m happy," according to Reuters.

Chelsea striker Joao Pedro said he was relieved to end his goal drought but not overly concerned about his numbers, insisting that team success is his priority after netting the winner in Saturday's 1-0 Premier League win at Tottenham Hotspur, Reuters reported.

Two dead, several injured in shooting on Greek island of Crete
A man and a woman were killed and several people were injured in a shooting in a village on the Greek island of Crete on Saturday, in what police officials described as a family vendetta, Reuters reported.
The suspected shooters opened fire in the village of Vorizia in the morning, the officials said.
At least 10 people were injured, according to the Athens News Agency earlier. Four people have been transferred to hospital, among them two men whose role in the shooting is under investigation, police said in a statement, according to Reuters.
Trump threatens US military action in Nigeria over treatment of Christians
President Donald Trump on Saturday said he has asked the Defense Department to prepare for possible "fast" military action in Nigeria if the West African nation fails to crack down on the killing of Christians, Reuters reported.
The U.S. government will also immediately stop all aid and assistance to Nigeria, Trump said in a post on Truth Social. If the United States sends in military forces, it would go in "'guns-a-blazing,' to completely wipe out the Islamic Terrorists who are committing these horrible atrocities," Trump wrote, without providing any evidence of specifics about the treatment of Christians in Nigeria.
Trump called Nigeria a "disgraced country" and warned its government must move quickly. "If we attack, it will be fast, vicious, and sweet, just like the terrorist thugs attack our CHERISHED Christians!" he wrote, according to Reuters.
Kenyan landslide kills 21 after heavy rainfall
The Kenyan government has confirmed that 21 people have died following a landslide in the western part of the country after heavy rainfall, BBC reported.
Interior Minister Kipchumba Murkomen said the bodies had been transferred to a nearby airstrip after the landslide in Marakwet East late on Friday night.
He said on X that more than 30 people were still unaccounted for after being reported missing by their families while 25 people with serious injuries had been airlifted to receive further medical attention, according to BBC.
Britons to be evacuated from Jamaica as UK sends Hurricane Melissa aid
A chartered flight from the UK government is set to depart Jamaica on Saturday evacuating British nationals from the country in the wake of Hurricane Melissa, BBC reported
The flight, set to leave from Kingston's Norman Manley International Airport, comes after the UK flew aid in earlier in the day as part of a £7.5m regional emergency package.
Some of the funding will be used to match public donations up to £1m to the International Red Cross and Red Crescent - with King Charles and Queen Camilla among those who have donated, according to BBC.
Landslide buries tourist in Manaslu area
A landslide buried a foreign tourist in the Manaslu region.
Katerina Raskova (54) from the Czech Republic was buried near Chumanubri-3, her trekking guide Ramesh Bhatta informed.
The incident reportedly took place at around 2 pm today on a cliff a little above the Nyak peak.
“She was buried by a rock that fell from the cliff. Only her head is visible,” he said, “Her husband and I are safe,” Bhatta said.
He said that there was a large group of tourists at the time that the landslide took place.
Assistant Chief District Officer Chitrangad Baral shared that police have been sent to the site for rescue.
