The Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) plunged by 11. 37 points to close at 2, 755. 41 points on Friday.  

Similarly, the sensitive index dropped by 1. 77 points to close at 471. 90 points.

A total of 12,732,868-unit shares of 351 companies were traded for Rs 1. 57 billion.

Meanwhile, Kalinchock Hydropower Limited (KHPL) was the top gainer today with its price surging by 15. 00 percent.

Likewise, 8.5% SBL Debenture 2084 (SBLD84) was the top loser as their price fell by 4. 92 percent.

At the end of the day, the total market capitalization stood at Rs 4. 70 trillion.
