The Gandaki Province government is unveiling policies and programs for the fiscal year, 2026/27 today.

Province Chief Dilliraj Bhatta is scheduled to present the government policies and programs in the Province Assembly at 4 pm, according to Govind Paudel, secretary at province assembly secretariat.

The province governments are constitutionally stipulated to bring a budget on Asar 1 of Nepali calendar, which is preceded by unveiling of the policies and programs. 

The budget session of the Province Assembly had begun a week back. The

Province Assembly secretariat informed that even a discussion was held on principles and priorities of the appropriation bill.
