Police have arrested Acting Chairperson of the Squatters' Front Narayan Pariyar on Friday.
District Police Range, Kathmandu spokesperson SP Pawan Kumar Bhattarai said that Pariyar was apprehended from Kathmandu for investigation over banking offenses.
"Our team held Pariyar for further investigation as he was found absconding on charge of banking offense. Investigation into the case has begun", he said.
