Prime Minister Balendra Shah has disclosed a bank balance of Rs 14.6m in his public asset statement released Sunday by the Office of the Prime Minister and Council of Ministers.

He stated that his income is largely generated from social media, where he has 4m Facebook followers, 1.2m YouTube subscribers, and 500,000 Instagram followers.

The statement also reveals that his wife, Sabina Kafle, owns 190 tolas of jewelry (gold, silver, and diamonds), categorized as ancestral property.
