Nepse surges by 48. 71 points on Thursday

The Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) surged by 48. 71 points to close at 2, 851. 24 points on Thursday. 

Similarly, the sensitive index dropped by 4. 64 points to close at 481. 53 points.

A total of 27,931,770-unit shares of 338 companies were traded for Rs 1. 63 billion.

Meanwhile, Aatmanirbhar Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (ANLB), Reliance Spinning Mills Limited (RSML), Bhujung Hydropower Limited (BJHL), Ridge Line Energy Limited (RLEL) and Solu Hydropower Limited (SOHL) were the top gainers today with its price surging by 10. 00 percent.

Similarly, NIC Asia Balanced Fund (NICBF) was the top loser as its price fell by 6. 74 points. 

At the end of the day, the total market capitalization stood at Rs 4. 84 trillion.
