Nepse surges by 23. 83 points on Tuesday

The Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) surged by 23. 83 points to close at 2, 960. 40 points on Tuesday. 

Similarly, the sensitive index dropped by 1. 97 points to close at 507. 00 points.

A total of 35,822,191-unit shares of 341 companies were traded for Rs 1. 70 billion.

Meanwhile, Salapa Bikas Bank Limited (SABBL) and Reliance Spinning Mills Limited (RSML) were the top gainers today with its price surging by 10. 00 percent.

Similarly, First Micro Finance Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (FMDBL)was the top loser as its price fell by 6. 56 points. 

At the end of the day, the total market capitalization stood at Rs 5. 01 trillion.
