The Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) surged by 4. 45 points to close at 2, 824. 90 points on Sunday. 

Similarly, the sensitive index dropped by 0. 41 points to close at 486. 80 points.

A total of 39,549,033-unit shares of 350 companies were traded for Rs 1. 62 billion.

Meanwhile, Solu Hydropower Limited (SOHL) was the top gainer today with its price surging by 10. 00 percent.

Similarly, Daramkhola Hydro Energy Limited (DHEL) was the top loser as its price fell by 10. 00 points. 

At the end of the day, the total market capitalization stood at Rs 4. 75 trillion.
