Jhabi Lal Dumre, the candidate of RSP has won from the House of Representatives Constituency No. 2 in Syangja with 25,354 votes.

Dumre defeated Nepali Congress candidate Bhagwat Prakash Malla with 20,830 votes.

Similarly, Khim Bahadur Thapa of the CPN-UML received 14,108 votes, while Padak Bahadur BK of the Nepali Communist Party received 848 votes.
