Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP) candidate Amar Kanta Chaudhary has been elected to the House of Representatives (HoR) from Saptari 3. 

According to Election Officer Sitaram Acharya, he has received 32,875 votes.

Upendra Yadav of the Janata Samajwadi Party (JSP) Nepal has received 15,239 votes while Dinesh Kumar Yadav of the Nepali Congress has received 8,428 votes.
