Harimohan Bhandari of RSP has won in Baitadi, which has only one constituency. Bhandari won by defeating Chatur Bahadur Chand of the Nepali Congress by a margin of 3,940 votes.

According to the final results, Bhandari got 22,134 votes, while Chand got 18,194 votes. Similarly, Damodar Bhandari of the CPN-UML got 17,091 votes, and Parmananda Bhatta of the CPN-UML got 6,965 votes.

Out of 156,372 voters, 73,148 voters cast their votes. The result of Damodar Bhandari of the UML, who had won three consecutive times before, has been broken.
