Yagyamani Neupane, the candidate of RSP, has won from the House of Representatives Constituency No. 1 of Morang. He was elected by securing 27,367 votes. Shram Sanskriti Party candidate Shanti Pakhrin Lama, received 17,522 votes. The difference between them is 9,845 votes.

Khadga Bahadur Fago of the Nepali Congress, who is also a candidate from the same constituency, received 11,986 votes. While Ghanashyam Khatiwada of the CPN (UML) received 9,823 votes, Kul Prasad Samba of the Nepali Communist Party (NCP) lost with 2,224 votes.
