CPN-UML Chairman and former Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli congratulated Rastriya Swatantra Party senior leader Balen Shah on his election victory.
In a Facebook post, Oli wrote, “Balen Babu, congratulations on your victory!”
He also wished Shah a smooth five-year term and extended his best wishes.
