RSP candidates leading in vote tally in all five constituencies of Jhapa

Candidates of the Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP) have taken an early lead in all five constituencies of Jhapa in terms of the number of votes bagged so far under the House of Representatives elections.

RSP candidate Balendra Shah has taken the lead with 5,254 votes in electoral Constituency No. 5 while his closest contender CPN-UML candidate KP Sharma Oli has received 1,579 votes.

Similarly, in Constituency No. 4, RSP's Shambhu Prasad Dhakal is leading with 1,775 votes, followed by Lal Prasad Sanwa Limbu of the CPN-UML with 300 votes.

In Jhapa Constituency No. 3, Prakash Pathak has taken an initial lead with 2,281 votes. The candidate of the Rastriya Prajatantra Party and its president, Rajendra Prasad Lingden, is in second place with 1,610 votes.

In Constituency No. 2, Indira Ranamagar has taken an initial lead with 4,580 votes, while Devraj Ghimire of the CPN-UML has received 716 votes.

Likewise, in Constituency No. 1, Nisha Dangi has taken the lead with 3,170 votes. She is being followed by Kebal Rai of the Shram Sanskriti Party with 1,320 votes.
