The Supreme Court ordered the request for the file of the Election Commission’s decision to investigate and take action against Durga Prasain. A bench of Justices Nahakul Subedi and Meghraj Pokharel requested the file of the letter sent by the Election Commission to the District Police Range, Kathmandu on February 16. The District Police Range, Kathmandu, claimed that they arrested Prasain and investigated him based on that instruction. The Supreme Court has ordered the file of the case filed by Prasain to be withdrawn and the case hearing to be scheduled for Tuesday.
