A person died after a motorcycle he was riding on fell into the Radhapur canal of Bharatpur Metropolitan City-14, Chitwan on Wednesday. 

The deceased has been identified as 40-year-old Binod Subedi of Bharatpur Metropolitan City-16, according to Rabindra Khanal, Deputy Superintendent of Police of the District Police Office. 

Subedi was rescued and rushed to the Bharatpur Hospital, where he died in the course of treatment.
