The CPN-UML is organizing a public demonstration and mass assembly in Kathmandu today as part of its election campaign.

The election-centric demonstration will begin at Bhrikutimandap this afternoon under the coordination of the UML Bagmati Province Committee. The rally will pass through Pragyabhawan and converge into a corner assembly at Kamaladi, Bagmati Province Committee Chairman Kailash Dhungel stated.

 It has been said that UML Chairman KP Sharma Oli is scheduled to address the gathering, which will start at 12 noon.

The Bagmati Province Committee is set to start a special election campaign for the House of Representatives elections scheduled for March 5.
