There is partly the influence of a low pressure system located around Southwest Bay of Bengal and around Tamil Nadu of India in Koshi, Madhes and Bagmati Provinces, according to the Meteorological Forecasting Division. 

This afternoon, partly cloudy weather has been forecast over high-hilly and mountainous regions of Karnali and Sudurpaschim Provinces. 

Mainly fair weather is expected over the rest of the country. 

The minimum temperature in the Kathmandu Valley was recorded at 6 degree Celsius this morning while the maximum temperature would remain between 19-21 degrees Celsius today.
