A landslide buried a foreign tourist in the Manaslu region.
Katerina Raskova (54) from the Czech Republic was buried near Chumanubri-3, her trekking guide Ramesh Bhatta informed.
The incident reportedly took place at around 2 pm today on a cliff a little above the Nyak peak.
“She was buried by a rock that fell from the cliff. Only her head is visible,” he said, “Her husband and I are safe,” Bhatta said.
He said that there was a large group of tourists at the time that the landslide took place.
