Nepal Rastra Bank (NRB) Governor Biswo Paudel has said that the forthcoming monetary policy would come in a way to bring reform in the economic sector.

During a program organised by Dhangadhi Branch of NRB on Monday, Governor Paudel discussed with businesspersons, organisations, borrowers and other concerned stakeholders. Various incidents created problems in the national economy, he said, adding that the concerns would be identified and correction measures would be taken accordingly.

He said that he had aimed at preparing a policy based on people's problems. The governor said he arrived here to know about the public complaints relating to the national economy.

"Monetary policy addresses the concerns shown by the stakeholders," he pledged, underlining the need to improve relations among bank and financial institutions and the businesspersons so that the national economy would be dynamic.
