The government has appointed Choodamani Chapagain from Jhapa as the new Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Nepal Stock Exchange Ltd (Nepse).

The Cabinet on Monday decided to appoint Chapagain on the post and he received his appointment letter from Revenue Secretary Dinesh Kumar Ghimire today.

The Nepse said that it is prepared to welcome the new CEO to the office on Wednesday.
