Keynote presentations were delivered by Dev Narayan Mandal, an expert in environmental and sustainability issues, at the Madesh Province event and by Dr. Deepak Prakash Bhatt, who focused on parliamentary oversight and international practices in policy-making processes in both provincial events.
Additionally, Deepak Bikram Thapa Chetri shared his expertise on disaster and climate security in Kosi Province, Nepal.
