Nepse surges by 6. 70 points on Thursday
The Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) gained 6.70 points to close at 2,766.38 points on Thursday.
Similarly, the sensitive index surged by 0.21 points to close at 483. 68 points.
A total of 50,946,832-unit shares of 322 companies were traded for Rs 20. 07 billion.
Meanwhile, Karnali Development Bank Limited (KRBL), SHIVAM CEMENTS LTD (SHIVM), Ghorahi Cement Industry Limited (GCIL), Mid Solu Hydropower Limited (MSHL) and Sonapur Minerals and Oil Limited (SONA) were the top gainers today, with their price surging by 10. 00 percent.
Likewise, NRN Infrastructure and Development Limited (NRN) was the top loser as its price fell by 8.04 percent.
At the end of the day, total market capitalization stood at Rs 4. 39 trillion.
