Nepse surges by 64. 25 points on Wednesday
The Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) gained 64. 25 points to close at 2,760.90 points on Wednesday.
Similarly, the sensitive index surged by 10.65 points to close at 496. 03 points.
A total of 50,967,951-unit shares of 332 companies were traded for Rs 21. 91 billion.
Meanwhile, United Ajod Insurance Limited (UAIL), Gurkhas Finance Ltd. (GUFL), Shree Investment Finance Co. Ltd. (SIFC), Reliance Finance Ltd. (RLFL) and Dibyashwori Hydropower Ltd. (DHPL) were the top gainers today, with their price surging by 10. 00 percent.
Likewise, Civil Bank Debenture 2088 (CBLD88) was the top loser as its price fell by 7.92 percent.
At the end of the day, total market capitalization stood at Rs 4. 38 trillion.
