The Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) plunged by 4. 59 points to close at 2,073. 19 points on Sunday.
Similarly, the sensitive index dropped by 2. 15 points to close at 368. 18 points.
A total of 10,452,128-unit shares of 313 companies were traded for Rs 5. 18 billion.
Meanwhile, Eastern Hydropower Limited (EHPL), Shuvam Power Limited (SPL), City Hotel Limited (CITY) and Kutheli Bukhari Small Hydropower Limited (KBSH) were the top gainers today with their price surging by 10. 00 percent.
At the end of the day, the total market capitalization stood at Rs 3. 28 trillion.
