Victims of cooperatives stage demonstration in Kathmandu
The victims of cooperatives staged a demonstration in the Capital on Friday saying that the government was not serious towards addressing their demands.
They staged a demonstration at Maitighar in the Capital this afternoon demanding that the agreement signed between the government and victims of cooperatives be implemented at the earliest.
Bachatkarta Sangrakchyan Rastriya Abhiyan Mahasangh Chairman Kushalab KC said that they were forced to announce the third phase of protest after the government did not implement the agreement signed with them.
He warned that they would intensify the protest across the country until their demands of the victims of cooperatives are met.
