A case has been filed at the Kathmandu District Court against former Vice-President Nanda Bahadur Pun's advisor Jeevan Gurung.
The Tribhuvan International Airport Customs Office filed the case against Gurung demanding Rs 1. 40 billion fine and five years imprisonment for being involved in gold smuggling.
The Customs Office claimed in the case that Gurung is involved in the 14 kg gold smuggling.
