Nepse plunges by 0. 87 points on Wednesday

The Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) plunged by 0. 87 points to close at 2, 000. 77 points on Wednesday.

Similarly, the sensitive index dropped by 0. 63 points to close at 356. 45 points.

A total of 5,115,658-unit shares of 308 companies were traded for Rs 2. 03 billion.

Meanwhile, Bishal Bazar Company Limited (BBC), Bottlers Nepal (Balaju) Limited (BNL) and Bottlers Nepal (Terai) Limited (BNT) were the top gainers today with their price surging by 10. 00 percent.

Likewise, Samling Power Company Limited (SPC) was the top loser as its price fell by 6. 66 percent.

At the end of the day, the total market capitalization stood at Rs 3. 14 trillion.
