The Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) gained 5.16 points to close at 1, 894.76 points on Wednesday.
Similarly, the sensitive index surged by 0.77 points to close at 362. 08 points.
A total of 3,733,524-unit shares of 286 companies were traded for Rs 1. 08 billion.
Meanwhile, City Hotel Limited was the top gainer today, with its price surging by 10. 00 percent. Likewise, Sanima GIC Insurance Limited was the top loser as its price fell by 4.21 percent.
At the end of the day, total market capitalization stood at Rs 2. 90 trillion.
