The Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) gained 62.21 points to close at 2,117.73 points on Sunday. Similarly, the sensitive index surged by 9.64 points to close at 395. 45 points. A total of 14,751,247-unit shares of 275 companies were traded for Rs 6. 49 billion.

Meanwhile, Life Insurance Corporation (Nepal) Limited, Himalayan Life Insurance Limited, NMB 50 and Samling Power Company Limited were the top gainers today, with their price surging by 10. 00 percent. Similarly, Shuvam Power Limited was the top loser as its price fell by 6.81 percent.

At the end of the day, total market capitalization stood at Rs 3. 10 trillion.
