The government has allocated Rs 8.71 billion for the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology (MoCIT) for the fiscal year 2023/24. Finance Minister Prakash Saran Mahat announced the Ministry's budget for the upcoming fiscal year at a joint meeting of the federal Parliament today. The government had allocated Rs 8.59 billion for the ministry in the current fiscal year.
