The government has allocated Rs 8.08 billion for the Ministry of Labor, Employment and Social Security for the upcoming fiscal year.
Presenting the budget for the fiscal year 2023/24 in the federal parliament today, Finance Minister Prakash Saran Mahat said creating employment in the country is in top priority of the government.
A total of Rs 9.13 billion budget was allocated in the current fiscal year for the Ministry of Labour, Employment and Social Security.
The budget of the ministry for fiscal year 2023/ 24 has been reduced by more than one billion rupees.
