A search team has recovered the body of one more person who had gone missing in an avalanche at Byas Rural Municipality in Darchula. A team of the Armed Police Force found the body Ishwori Thapa (28) of Joyaral Rural Municipality-2, Doti this afternoon, the District Police Office, Darchula said. Earlier, the police had recovered the bodies of Kamala Kunwar (38), Prabin Kunwar (18) of Duhun Rural Municipality, Darchula and Chimi Somo of Joyoral Rural Municipality.

Darchula police said that they are searching for one more person missing in the avalanche of May 2.

It has been learnt that they had gone there to collect yarsagumba, yarsagumba caterpillar fungus (Cordyceps sinensis).
