Four Deputy Inspectors General (DIGs) of Nepal Police have been recommended for their promotion to the post of Additional Inspector General. A Promotion Committee meeting held on Monday recommended four DIGs to be promoted to the post of AIG. According to IGP Basanta Bahadur Kunwar, who is also the member-secretary of the Committee, said that Sandeep Bhandari, Sudeep Giri, Mira Chaudhary and Tek Bahadur Tamang were recommended for the promotion.
