KVDA issues 35-day notice to remove structures built by encroaching public lands

The Kathmandu Valley Development Authority (KVDA) has issued a 35-day notice to remove all structures constructed by encroaching government and public lands within 35 days. Issuing a notice on Wednesday, the Authority has appealed to the people to remove the structures built illegally by encroaching government and public lands and lands near the river banks in Kathmandu Valley within the given time frame. The Authority warned that they would remove the structures by themselves and concerned people and organizations have to bear the expenses incurred while demolishing the infrastructures if they do not abide by the instruction.
